Hospitality sector experience is a must.
We are specifically seeking someone with a strong background in the hotel industry to bring valuable insight and expertise to this role.Minimum of 7 years of experience in web revenue management, digital marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in acquisition strategy development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and PR-driven strategies.Experience managing relationships with digital partners and web technology platforms.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; proficiency in a third European language is a plus.Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and coordinate large-scale initiatives.What will you do with us? You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth through acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
A deep understanding of the hospitality sector will be critical to tailoring campaigns and strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Analysis & Optimization Oversee and monitor acquisition performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and optimization of all campaigns.Develop, control, and review investment strategies across all digital channels and platforms, including PR-driven initiatives.Manage relationships with website partners to ensure seamless collaboration and performance enhancement.Challenge and refine acquisition strategies by identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.Guide the creation and evolution of the data ecosystem, collaborating with acquisition partners and the internal revenue management team to leverage data for enhanced decision-making.Analyze web performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Campaign Design & Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing website distribution share.Ensure proper coordination between marketing, PR, and communication teams for smooth execution of campaign landings.Support SEO content creation, working with communication and PR teams to enhance organic traffic.Content & Product Coordination Coordinate the creation of promotional packages, new room offerings, and other content updates, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business goals.CRO Performance Management Ecommerce Monitor and optimize website conversion rate (CRO) performance, collaborating with specialized partners to ensure continuous improvement.Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive growth (GA4, Heatmaps, etc.
