Your mission: As a Marketing Data Analyst, your primary focus will be mining and analyzing data from company databases to drive the optimization and improvement of marketing campaigns, business strategies, and overall performance.

Derive key insights that support decision-making for strategic initiatives and roadmaps, ensuring a measurable impact on business outcomes.
Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation processes, dashboards, and performance metrics to support critical business decisions. Work with large, complex data sets to solve challenging marketing problems and uncover new business opportunities. Communicate insights and recommendations across teams using data visualization tools like Amplitude and DataStudio, providing clear and actionable reports that drive campaign improvements. Lead attribution and experimentation analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability in analytics platforms and data warehouses. Provide digital analytics support to the marketing and product teams to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Act as a thought partner for marketing data analytics, contributing to strategic conversations and decision-making processes. Champion internal processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and driving process optimization. As a Team Member: Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging marketing data to drive business solutions.
Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in marketing, product, technology, and sales teams.
Lead the mission of the squad and impact the company: Take ownership of key results (KRs), driving them forward to make an impact on the company mission while managing interdependencies between squads.
Bring good practices to the team: Help the team improve individually and as a whole by sharing your knowledge and experience. Be open to learning and improving based on feedback from others.
The right candidate will also be experienced with the following tools/programs: Expertise in Digital Analytics: Proven experience with digital analytics tools, particularly GA4, to track and measure key marketing performance metrics.
SQL Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL for querying and transforming data from large-scale databases such as Clickhouse and BigQuery.
Forecasting Knowledge: Familiarity with forecasting models, such as SARIMA and Prophet, is a strong advantage.
Data Visualization Mastery: High proficiency in business intelligence and visualization platforms like Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, and DataStudio to create clear and actionable reports.
Compelling Storytelling & Communication: Ability to transform data into compelling stories, using visualization and strong stakeholder engagement to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
Digital Marketing Expertise: A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, and attribution models, to provide actionable insights.
Collaborative Approach: Experience working with data teams to ensure accurate data capture and structure for meaningful analysis.
Experimentation Experience: Strong knowledge of experimentation, with a focus on best practices for measurement and deriving insights from tests.
Independent and Organized: A self-starter who excels at planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
