Role: Senior Marketing & Communication Executive As our next Senior Marketing & Communication Executive, we expect you to: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that aligns with our business goals, including social media management, internal event management, internal communication management, and employer brand management.
Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources, defining and managing project roadmaps.
Manage and lead the marketing team (2 persons) in daily operations, providing guidance and mentorship.
Conduct a content marketing strategy (podcast, employee advocacy, use cases, expertise articles) to support our international teams through business and growth initiatives with a pure inbound marketing approach.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
Be part of the management team to create a community mindset for our staff and consultants through newsletters, content creation, goodies, and events.
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Ensure brand identity, alignment of messages, office design, brand speech, and goodies.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the B2B, recruitment, or consulting services industry is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Concrete experience with Hubspot CRM is a strong plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
An agile, enthusiastic personality who can adapt to frequent changes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English and French expected, Spanish is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation and media/inbound strategies.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
