Job Description
Role description:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead Omnichannel projects or Omnichannel section of projects as a part of cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility on providing consultations and expertise on all aspects of Omnichannel and digital marketing.
Lead Omnichannel projects or Omnichannel section of projects as a part of cross-functional team.
Help colleagues to prepare proposals for clients.
Work within Marketing Automation platform and similar tools.
Design and construct Customer Journeys.
Build, execute and monitor digital campaigns assuring best outcomes.
Collaborate with the Campaign manager, who is responsible for the effectiveness of all campaigns, to streamline the workflow.
Monitor marketing campaigns for timely detection of bugs and errors.
Prepare initial reports on campaign results.
Qualifications:
5+ year of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge in email marketing.
Expertise on other communication channels: sms, messengers, webinars, etc.
Experience with enterprise level Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or similar).
Understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases).
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
Communication and customer-oriented skills.
Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop.
Team player who is able to create and maintain collaborative and inspiring work environment.
High level of autonomy in the work on the project.
Fluent English (speaking and writing).
