What is "Insights & Solutions"?
Insights & Solutions was established as a new capability in the Enablement Chapter in GP at the beginning of 2022. Our team is dedicated to co-creating, delivering, implementing, and enhancing solutions to tackle complex business challenges and seize opportunities. Among these themes, we actively address innovative solutions in the space of product commercialization and corporate services. Our focus revolves around various areas, including but not limited to:
Martech solutionsDigital customer engagement and omnichannel excellenceData driven decision making in product commercializationCongresses, meetings and events including travelHuman resources servicesFleet managementLegal servicesWhat we do is connect external market capabilities to internal Roche needs, co-create innovative external market offerings, and proactively provide market insights and intelligence to the organization.

We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate in either Madrid (Spain) or Welwyn (UK). Successful candidates are expected to spend the majority of their working time on campus.
Your key responsibilities include: Drive commercial & corporate services solutions: Collaborate with the business and GP teams as well as external providers to drive all stages of solution development.Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Provide expertise and input in market analysis, assessing niche requests to identify business trends.Develop Frameworks and Approaches: Identify, refine, and manage frameworks, tools, and approaches to proactively meet business needs.
