We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engaging policy officials, a profound understanding of the transport/micromobility sector, and a track record in advocating for diverse regulatory models. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead market development initiatives, drive policy advocacy, and shape the future of shared mobility at Bolt.
Main tasks and responsibilities: Expansion Leadership: Lead strategic expansion initiatives for shared e-scooters, shared bikes, and Bolt Drive, cultivating relationships in new cities and countries to establish a strong market presence.
Pre-Tender Strategies: Coordinate and strategize pre-tender plans to secure competitive advantages, ensuring effective positioning for successful bids in target markets.
Expansion Oversight: Oversee expansion strategies for shared e-scooters, e-bikes, and Bolt Drive, ensuring seamless execution and significant market penetration.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy objectives with business goals, contributing to Bolt's overarching strategy and market growth.
Regulatory Landscape Development: Develop and implement frameworks to assess regulatory landscapes across various markets, anticipating changes and formulating proactive responses to ensure compliance and competitive edge.
Policy Analysis and Innovation: Analyze policy implications, identifying opportunities for innovative solutions to regulatory challenges while staying updated on industry trends, evolving policies, and global market dynamics.
Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends, evolving policies, and global market dynamics.
Industry Representation: Represent Bolt at industry conferences, forums, and engagements to advocate for the company's policy interests, establish strategic partnerships, and foster collaborative relationships within the shared mobility sector.
About you: Several years of experience engaging policy officials across Europe, particularly in the transport/micromobility sector. Proven track record in tender experience and advocating for diverse regulatory models.
Proficiency in English is a must and any additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch or other European languages would be a plus.
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, curious, and enthusiastic about embracing new technologies. Demonstrates creativity, proactivity, collaborative attitude, and possesses strong written and spoken communication skills.
