About the Job
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Salesforce - Fulfilment Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based in Madrid, in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual & automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in manual testing and a deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations are essential for success in this position. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have a knack for identifying and solving complex problems, we encourage you to apply.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are already based in Madrid.

Principal Accountabilities

Assist team management to ensure the delivery of testing activities throughout the duration of a project until release.

Experience in working under Agile project and waterfall methodology.

Experience in assessing automation requirements and providing inputs/ideas to the management in implementing automation capabilities.

Drive test automation and ability to prepare automation test scripts, execution and reporting results.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent understanding and experience in manual testing methodologies which includes Smoke/Sanity, System - Functional, System- Integration, Regression, Data migration, User Acceptance Testing.

Good understanding and experience of manual test process and ability to develop tests, run tests, find defects and log defects effectively.

Clearly report test status with metrics, covering test development, execution, and defects status.

Willing to take responsibility to own and investigate issues and drive through to resolution.

Ability to communicate effectively with developers/development team, domain experts & project managers.

Experience of testing complex products where knowledge of the product domain is important.

Ability to multitask between multiple concurrent projects and adapt to project changes.

Good logical evaluation and judgement/decisions. Accuracy and attention to detail.

Work closely with other members of the team – developers, business analysts and other project team members.

Ability to work collaboratively with remote onshore/offshore teams.

Ability to provide regular project status updates to team management.

Inquisitive self-starter with passion to drive for excellence and seek to improve testing, processes, and products.

Keen to learn, both creative and pragmatic.

Desirable Skills
Salesforce - fulfilment, TOSCA, Selenium.
