As an Account Manager's Team Lead, you will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.
Be a part of a team where you will: Be the main contact for Glovo's top partners in the food category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.Build, maintain and grow relationships with C level contacts from the most valued QSR companies.Be in charge of contract renegotiations, achieving the best deal for both parties, focusing on Glovo's profitability and growth.Manage a team of 5-8 Account Managers being responsible for their performance and professional development.Analyse data to find opportunities to improve Glovo's profitability, partner's growth and experience.Create scalable top-notch processes to manage big partners and be the reference for Glovo's less mature countries.Be the main point of contact and reference for other departments when it comes to Partner's management.Get a bunch of exposure and responsibility within the Company on the Local, Regional and Global levels.Dive deep on Glovo's operations to be able to anticipate and flag possible impacts on the partner's side.Evaluate, follow up and build reports to the team to analyse KPIs periodically and help them to take actions to reach team's and companies goals and OKRs.Help your team to draw and execute plans, making partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).Push your team to get operational efficiency of our partners, making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. You have: At least 8 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy.Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office (especially Excel).Excellent Local Language and English skills.Strong Commercial skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
