The Challenge: The Senior Manager, Transformation will report to the Global Head of Transformation and will be part of an agile team responsible for strategic planning and execution of company-wide complex and highly cross-functional initiatives. The Transformation Office has been established to drive execution towards measurable outcomes, aligned to OneTrust strategic plan. It will be accountable for providing expertise, define sequencing and trade-offs, recommend best capital allocation options and provide oversight to the Executive Team of all large cross-functional initiatives at play.
Your Mission: The Senior Manager, Transformation will:
Provide crisp visibility to leadership through effective program management.Set clear operational and financial targets and clearly articulate the connection between the two.Implement methodology to set milestones, track execution and dependencies across multiple cross-functional large scope projects.Partner with Executive Team and Key stakeholders across the company to facilitate smooth execution, remove blockers and prioritize workflows.Serve as a central governing body to enforce adherence to methodologies, financial targets and timing.Provide leadership and oversight to Key Stakeholders, with decisive action and clear prioritization of scope as well as quick escalation of material roadblocks.You Are:
An experienced professional with 3-8 years of expert-level knowledge of financial and strategic planning.An outstanding leader with fantastic communication skills and a collaborative work style.Able to demonstrate successful project management and implementation experience.Highly organized with great attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and arbitrate between conflicting priorities with clear target setting and follow-through capability in a fast-paced work environment.Able to build rapport and trust with reporting teams, stakeholders, and executives.Able to demonstrate experience within a corporate environment and large-scale transformation projects.Exposure to Computer Software industry and Technology is a plus.Extra Awesome:
