Senior Manager, Supply Distribution The Senior Manager Supply Distribution will be responsible for optimizing PLS's lodging trading health.
The role will involve analyzing key business performance and operationalizing multiple initiatives, with a strong focus on supply usage.
The scope covers all inventory contracted, managed or ingested by EG's Travel Partner Group and consumed by PLS Demand partners.
This Senior Manager Supply will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a passion for tangible results.
The successful candidate will have a 'hands on' mindset, willing to go deep in execution and operational matters while maintaining a holistic and strategic overview.
What you'll do: Define, set and drive lodging trading health KPIs for demand partners, feed PLS and TPM leadership with business opportunities for improvement.
Deliver operationalization of agreed upon initiatives, progress tracking and reporting, in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (TPM and PLS Commercial Teams, Analytics, Finance, Product & Tech, Brands).
Contribute to the definition and execution of longer-term strategic initiatives for our PLS Demand Partners.
Drives complex programs requiring coordination across teams and organizations.
Establishes strategy & direction of execution within a program.
Act as the change agent for ongoing innovations, collaborating very closely across Expedia's brands.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant parties across multiple parts of EG.
Promote an environment where teamwork (both within the team and across the organization), open communication, engagement, continuous improvement and excellent customer service are not only maintained but constantly improved.

Who you are: 8 years of experience, with a preference for those with a management consulting background and/or a similar role in a leading technology company.
MBA strongly preferred.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to strategize, design and execute towards ambitious goals.
Results-oriented, appetite for driving business impact.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to effectively lead, handle and mobilize multiple partners (including top executives) and demands in a fast-moving organization and business landscape, across multiple remote locations.
Self-motivated and ability to drive success with limited guidance, likes to operate in an entrepreneurial setup, taking ownership for end-to-end inception to delivery while collaborating effectively across a wide range of seniority across the organization.
Strong teammate, ability to act as one team.
International experience a plus.
