Summary:
As the Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation for our Hospitality Business Unit (BU), you will be responsible for setting a clear vision and mission, managing strategic planning, and driving high-impact initiatives. Your role will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and guiding the BU's strategy to support revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness, enabling meaningful transformation for our customers, the company, and the industry.
In this role, you will: Lead projects in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and portfolio growth. Design and implement strategies that align with the BU's mission and strategic priorities. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide scaling efforts. Oversee strategic plans for business growth and transformation, ensuring initiatives stay on track and within budget. Develop new operating models, foster operational excellence, and support digital transformation. About the ideal candidate: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus. More than 10 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or organizational transformation. At least 5 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects in cross-functional settings. Experience in strategic consultancy or a similar background is beneficial. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and a track record in managing multiple projects. Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders. A strategic and creative approach to developing impactful solutions. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to support transformation initiatives.
