Senior Manager Sourcing Digital & IT is accountable for developing, supervising and executing strategies and operational priorities for Digital & IT Applications Procurement in the area of Group Functions, globally across multiple functions.
This function will drive sophisticated strategic initiatives and end-to-end sourcing processes in the field of IT for Group Functions, especially Finance, PO and ERP (Tier 2).
You will own the source to contract process in your area of responsibility, which is an innovative and diverse area, with a broad portfolio and business partner landscape, for the purpose of leading the business demand, defining the category strategy, driving the request for proposal process and selecting vendors.
Some of the key activities are to deliver value beyond financial contribution and service quality, especially to supply market innovation that will help to drive the digitalization and to build, develop and manage strong external business relationships to ensure the delivery of the category goals and improve vendor value in the fields beyond vendor performance.
This function will lead and/or support IT projects with a focus on software and IT-related services and will report to the Head of Digital & IT - Applications Procurement.
Who you are : You have a Master's degree in economics, science, information technology, business administration (or equivalent) You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, IT or equivalent You are experienced and/or interested in IT sourcing and procurement as well as in digital and information technologies You have notable capabilities to handle diverging opinions to successfully inspire change and to get along with internal and external partners and suppliers You have a strong eye for business and commercial understanding to be able to act as a business partner and to realize value for the company (e.g.
