.To support our dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Project Management to join our team. This senior role will oversee the management of multiple high-profile projects, driving the success of our clients and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of Strategy & Operations, this individual will be responsible for defining project objectives, conducting strategy, overseeing reports and analysis, creating timelines, and facilitating clear and consistent communication across all teams. Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, particularly in the financial and consumer goods sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with client objectives and overall business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within projects Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure project success. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform project strategies and client recommendationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
