To support our dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Project Management to join our team. This senior role will oversee the management of multiple high-profile projects, driving the success of our clients and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of Strategy & Operations, this individual will be responsible for defining project objectives, conducting strategy, overseeing reports and analysis, creating timelines, and facilitating clear and consistent communication across all teams.
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, particularly in the financial and consumer goods sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with client objectives and overall business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within projects
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure project success. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform project strategies and client recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
Minimum of six years of experience in project management, with at least two years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in a top tier consulting company and/or a marketing agency, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects
Excellent client management skills, with a track record of maintaining strong client relationships
Experience with project/creative management tools
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency)
Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, branding, and consumer behavior
Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders
Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US
Experience with D2C and/or e-commerce brands
