We are seeking an experienced people leader and analytical individual to join and lead our Planning & Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience, likely from an FP&A role, management consultancy, or a similar role within other hyper-growth companies working with SaaS and/or Tech companies. This role will focus on the recurring planning to set and raise targets throughout the year, partnering with various business units, and modeling opportunities across our diverse product portfolio and expansion strategies. Enabling the company to move into a scientific stage of Central Enterprise Planning, leaning into a data-driven FP&A team as one of the main leads of the same.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Continuously re-forecast the business together with the business partners.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic guidance.Prepare the story of the difference between forecast and actuals to the management team, board, and relevant investors together with the FP&A lead and CFO.Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities to drive business growth.Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 5-7 professionals to further growth within their respective professional remits as well as skillsets.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of strategic initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.Collaborate with the Strategic Finance team (Business case and Discovery unit) through the Analytics team in Planning and Reporting to make data-driven recommendations for further growth. Experience as a People Manager with a background in attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Likely held an FP&A or Strategic Finance Manager/Director position within a SaaS or Fintech business.Proven track record of building and evaluating business cases and financial models, driving business impact.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of SaaS and fintech industries is highly desirable.Experience with geo and segment expansion strategies.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
