Reporting to the EMEA Sales VP and with a dotted line to the Director of Global Operations, you will be close to the business with a mission to make it more efficient and effective.What you'll do:As our Senior Manager, Operations EMEA you are responsible for the flow of products across the EMEA market, the structure of warehouses, and setting KPIs driving towards operational excellence. The position also leads the way we work across order management, logistics, and repair of products in the EMEA region, with some areas also linked to the APAC region.Leadership: Successfully integrate existing roles into one efficient group leading EMEA operations for both B2B and B2C distribution. Drive continuous organizational development, securing that the team is always fit for its purpose, and securing new resources when needed. Lead, empower, and coach the team. Responsible for salary reviews, performance development and KPI development.Operations:Oversee order management processes, leveraging Dynamics 365 to optimize order flow and reduce lead times.Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring effective stock allocation to meet demand and prevent over- or under-stocking. Monitor inbound and leadtimes from APAC.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management. Ensure that we are working with the right logistics supplier base, fitting the company requirements and objectives in the short and long term.Ensure that regular business reviews are conducted with suppliers, defining the content and frequency of these reviews as well as supplier documents and KPI's. Define cost savings targets and follow up. Create and maintain operational processes, ensuring high customer service. Implement global strategies and align with EMEA needs. Budget owner for logistics and transportation - EMEA. Manage channel programs like the 'authorized reseller program' and other channel compliance programs (e.g., WEEE), including related monitoring and reporting.
