As a critical member of the newly built ROW Oncology organization and a member of the Spain Oncology Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading Regeneron Spain's local oncology marketing activities.A typical day might include:Accountability for the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, contributing to the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.Owning the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and developing customer-focused messages.Partnering with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.Analyzing brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.Developing and managing the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.The role might be for you if:You can communicate and act promptly, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and efficiency in complex, rapidly changing environments.You possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.You exhibit strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.You have a solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.You thrive in driving the results of a product and indication.To be considered for this position, you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a science background. A post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred. Experience in Oncology is highly preferred. 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience. Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events (15%).
