Right now, we are looking for a skilled AI professional whose primary focus will be the improvement of our quality framework within the AI domain. You'll be able to directly influence how the supporting tools are developed and tailored to our specific needs from a linguistic quality perspective. You'll create strategies and drive projects around effective data collection, and you will lead and guide a team of linguistic quality specialists. This is a senior role that will require both strategic oversight as well as a strong hands-on approach on a task level.WHAT WOULD YOU DO: Manage quality within AI domain, prepare quality strategy and procedures.Lead a team of Quality managers ensuring the quality standards are aligned with customer and business objectives.Work closely with program director, solution architects, linguistic quality managers and other internal specialists to find the best solutions to improve the quality framework and the tools we are using.Define linguistic quality management concept and linguistic QA methodology and policies, provide linguistic support to company project teams.Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect the quality of services provided to customers.Ensure operations are provided with the best possible outsourcing solutions considering price, quality, and expertise
