Senior Manager, International Market AccessResponsibilities and Duties Market Access Support: Assist the Market Access team during Pricing & Reimbursement processes across International Markets (excluding the US, Canada and China).Adapt reimbursement dossier structure and content to meet country-specific requirements, including Budget Impact Models (BIMs) and/or Cost-Effectiveness Models (CEMs) as needed.Collaborate with local consultants and internal stakeholders to provide necessary data and insights.Address specific questions from Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agencies and pricing bodies.Evidence Optimization:Enhance evidence to meet the requirements / needs of payers.Improve data structure and presentation.Ensure that evidence and key messages highlight the clinical and economic value of the product.Identify data gaps, understand their implications, and address key areas of challenge.Recommend approaches to fill gaps and address uncertainties.Geographic Expansion:Support Early Access Programs and Named Patient Sales activities.Conduct market access analyses for new/upcoming countries.Help evaluate pricing potential in new countries for Rhythm products, ensuring effective International Reference Pricing (IRP) management to optimize pricing strategies across different markets.Cross-Functional Support:Respond to Market Access-related questions from other functions.Help organize Market Access information for use by other functions/teams.Participate in internal meetings on specific projects.Team Visibility & Perception:Operate as an integral part of the International Market Access team.Contribute to team brainstorming sessions.Assist in the development of Market Access communications to raise team visibility and enhance its positive perception at Rhythm. Qualifications and SkillsDegree in pharmacy, economics, life sciences, medicine, biology, medical sciences, public health, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing or sales positions with direct exposure to market access activities/collaboration with Market access team or a specific Market Access degree with 1-2 years of experience in a Market Access position at the country or international level or in a Market Access consultancy.Orphan drugs/Rare diseases knowledge is a plus.Preferred CapabilitiesStrong strategic thinking, analytical and data interpretation skills to support the development of compelling value propositions addressing payer needs.Understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in various countries.Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.Ability to work under conditions of uncertainty in a dynamic environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. This is a remote role, ideally based in Barcelona or Amsterdam – other locations may be considered. Candidates applying must be willing and able to work primarily out of their home office.
