Join us.Who you are:You challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to improve campaigns or processes.You have a bias towards action and enjoy acting with urgency.You have strong people management and coaching skills.You are a strategic thinker who aligns marketing goals with overall business objectives.You possess a results-driven mentality and can analyze large data sets.You are a great storyteller and strong copywriter.You are comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.You effectively influence and gain cooperation from peers and stakeholders.You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.You communicate openly and honestly at all levels.Areas of responsibility:Partner marketing strategy: Create and get buy-in for a partner marketing strategy that supports the business' growth goals.Create a vision for automation: Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data Engineering to deliver behavior-based triggered communications.Develop early-life campaigns: Drive revenue from newly signed partners through triggered campaigns.Account-based marketing: Create tailored presentations and content for business development teams.Create tailored campaigns: Work with Sales and Product Marketing to grow key partner segments.Increase partner stickiness: Support retention of partners through multi-channel campaigns.Optimize lead flows: Own and monitor lead flows from our website.Reduce churn: Construct automated flows to prevent partner churn.Own data and reporting: Be the subject matter expert for your data set and work with Analytics to build dashboards.Identify opportunities to improve processes: Influence the product roadmap to reduce friction and improve campaign impact.Crisis and operational communications: Oversee communications to partners regarding important information affecting their business.Who you are:6-8 years of B2B partner marketing experience.Marketo experience essential.Experience in people management required
