.Position Overview: Ensures business results, alignment with Bottler. Oversees operations in Bolivia, identifying and capturing new opportunities across the franchise. Jointly with Franchise Director and GM, leads the growth agenda of the Bottler's strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler aligned with strategy. Manages New opportunities mapping.What You'll Do for Us:Responsible for achieving business growth by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio, multi-channels, and the Coca-Cola System.Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with agile and effective decision making.Manages the day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial, and financial; leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve BP objectives (e.G. share, transaction, revenues, volume); leads communication flow between Bottler and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; executes strategies; cooperates with Bottler to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.Ensures the execution to Win at the Point of Sales (Affordability, Recruitment, Availability, Occasion activation, and Market Assets).In partnership with Bottler in certain territory, manages projects with them and leads the RTM, execution and commercialization of them from concept to launch; establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs.Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example, design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs.Regarding new products, this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks, and opportunities and communicate them timely and effectively to marketing, commercial strategy, and innovation functions to be considered as input for current innovation processes.Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.Leads and facilitates strategic and annual business planning processes across the system, ensuring plans reflect mid-to-long term growth strategies aligned with central strategy.Manages cross-functional project teams as required.Qualification & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.5+ years of leadership in digital commerce with global consumer packaged goods experience, including branding and grocery.Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer, and distributor management
