.Location: Barcelona (on-site)As Manager Corporate Brand & Creative you will work across the AstraZeneca Corporate Communications team and Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) network to manage corporate brand and creative output in support of a differentiated and trusted corporate brand and reputation.You will work alone and under direction to manage a varied range of important corporate brand programmes, working across GCA and with international teams and agencies to ensure a high-level of creative output and strong visual identity.This will include the day-to-day delivery of key corporate brand and campaign assets, managing brand guidelines, visual libraries and materials and driving forward our brand engagement and guardianship programme. You will also be responsible for managing key brand platforms and tools, including our online brand platform and our branded PowerPoint template. This involves strong technical expertise and ability to source and pilot organisational tools, providing training and support throughout their adoption and implementation.You will be expected to contribute to the delivery of signature brand programmes, and to support the translation of the corporate brand into a wide range of business applications, assets and campaigns.You will need to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Corporate Communications and Global Corporate Affairs to respond to brand queries, support the development of compelling creative content and ensure brand adherence. You will be responsible for reviewing brand and creative content and quality control of external contractor and agency work.You will be a key member of the Corporate Brand & Reputation team, expected to play an active role in shaping the Corporate Brand & Reputation team's agenda and working with communicators from all business areas to drive impact at global, regional and market levels in support of business priorities. Cultural awareness, digital accessibility and ability to work with teams across corporate communications, including digital, media and internal communications will be key.You must be proactive and innovative, able to work across a range of communications disciplines. Excellent visual judgement, project management, planning and multi-channel communications experience (particularly digital communications and analytics) is essential.
