Strategic Leadership in CIO Office Function: Partner with the Global Head of the CIO Office to establish a high-performing, data-driven function that aligns with business objectives.
Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans for the CIO Office, ensuring IT programs deliver measurable outcomes.
Lead the CIO Office in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through the use of KPIs and data analysis.
Act as a key thought leader, advising senior leadership on industry best practices and what "good" looks like in a high-performing IT organization.
IT Transformation and Optimization: Lead and support major IT transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's broader strategic goals.
Develop a roadmap to optimize IT processes, capabilities, and systems, with a focus on future-readiness for IPO and long-term sustainability.
Data and KPI-Driven Performance: Implement robust data collection, analysis, and reporting mechanisms within the CIO Office to track performance against strategic goals and KPIs.
Use Power BI and other analytical tools to create dashboards and generate insights that guide IT decision-making and performance management.
Identify key metrics that define success and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve IT operations.
Program Management & Execution: Manage multiple, complex IT programs, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to delivery while achieving desired outcomes.
Oversee program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines to ensure IT programs remain on track and aligned with business objectives.
Align and prioritize programs to optimize IT operations, focusing on results that contribute to business growth and efficiency.
IPO Preparation & Compliance: Lead efforts to prepare IT functions for IPO, ensuring IT processes, systems, and documentation are fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure IT's role in IPO readiness is clearly defined and successfully executed.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and documentation related to IPO preparations and ensure IT's capabilities are fully communicated to stakeholders.
Executive-Level Presentations & Stakeholder Management: Prepare compelling presentations for senior leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders, clearly articulating the CIO Office's vision, strategy, and progress.
Serve as a key advisor and liaison between IT and business leaders, providing clear and actionable insights into IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
Support executive decision-making by delivering precise, data-backed reports and analyses.
Consulting Expertise & Industry Best Practices: Leverage consulting experience to advise on IT strategy, transformation, and optimization, with a clear understanding of industry trends and benchmarks.
Provide thought leadership on building a high-performing CIO Office, including frameworks for strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, consulting, or a related role, with significant exposure to CIO Office functions and IT transformations.
Proven track record of setting up and leading a data and KPI-driven CIO Office or similar function, with measurable results in optimizing IT performance.
Experience preparing an organization for IPO, with a strong understanding of the IT-related requirements and challenges.
Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations, as well as advanced skills in Power BI and other analytical tools.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think both long-term and operationally, aligning IT functions with overall business strategy.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a consulting role, ideally with a focus on IT strategy and transformation.
Experience in a global organization, managing large-scale IT initiatives and working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of IT best practices, trends, and benchmarks in high-performing organizations.
