Senior Manager | Automation

Hawksworth are now searching for a Senior Manager to join one of the largest hyper-automation consultancies in the world based in Barcelona, Spain.The business are looking for someone with Business Transformation and/or Automation (RPA, Conversation AI, BPM) experience that is looking to step up into a Director role within the next couple years. In the role you will use your previous experience in the consulting world to develop new business and deliver projects to companies such as Santander, Cartier, Air France and FDJ, delivering solutions within transformation strategy, process excellence, and automation technologies.Flexible Working : 80% work from home and 20% in office which is 4 days per week from home.Languages : We need someone that is fluent in both English and Spanish, with other European languages being a bonus.Sponsorship : Sadly sponsorship isn't available for this position.About You:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.5+ years Consulting experience in Business Transformation and/or Automation technologies.You thrive in a role with both sales and project delivery KPIs.You enjoy identifying and targeting new businesses as part of a growth strategy.You have experience managing a team of technical and non-technical Consultants.You're more than comfortable in a client facing capacity and are an expert at managing senior stakeholders.You have experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.You have broad industry knowledge and experience across automation and/or business transformation projects.Any exposure to RPA, Conversation AI, BPM/Process Mining or IDP technologies is highly desirable.You have full working proficiency in English and Spanish as a minimum and any other European languages an added bonus.Tenure - Permanent, full-time (Indefinido)Location - Barcelona, Spain (We can also consider Madrid)WFH - 80% work from home 20% in officeSalary - €75.000 to €100.000 per annum plus bonus (20%-30%) plus benefitsLanguages - English (Fluent) Spanish (Fluent)#J-18808-Ljbffr
