This is a high impact position that will help accelerate AfterShip's growth rate by implementing customer-centric growth strategies for our target agency audiences.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated people-person who thrives on building relationships, is adept at identifying opportunities, and providing innovative solutions.
You have scaled many successful agency partnerships, have a strong network, and are a great public speaker.
The Senior Manager, Agency Partnerships, reporting into the CMO, is part of AfterShip's Global Partnerships team.
As such, there may be the need to work outside of regular office hours for team meetings or in order to collaborate with members of the team in APAC up to twice a week.
There will also be opportunities to travel to events in order to generate prospective leads (up to 20% and fully expensed).What You'll Do:• Own the agency partnership strategy, laying the foundation, then building a team of Agency Partner Managers.• Develop and maintain relationships with digital agencies, integration partners, and technology platforms.• Identify and recruit new agency partners.• Train partners on AfterShip's solutions and ensure they are equipped to refer and resell.• Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to drive mutual growth.• Monitor partner performance and implement strategies for improvement.
