As a Senior Machine Learning Researcher (NLP), you'll be instrumental in developing innovative data products leveraging large language models, while also demonstrating the value of such data for trading and investment purposes across various asset classes and time horizons.
The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must.

What We're Looking For: A PhD/MSc in Quantitative or Computational Finance, or a related field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Signal Processing, or Applied Mathematics, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a track record of original research.
Proficiency in articulating complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
Proven practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), leveraging state-of-the-art Language Models like BERT, Llama, Mistral, and beyond.
Desired Skills: Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models, unlocking their full potential to drive insights and innovation.
Experience building and coordinating different LLM agents.
Familiarity with handling noisy Alternative Data in Finance, providing a competitive advantage in navigating complex market dynamics.
Exposure to cloud databases and computing services; proving your ability to leverage cutting-edge technology in your work.
