What We're Looking For: A PhD/MSc in Quantitative or Computational Finance, or a related field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Signal Processing, or Applied Mathematics, showcasing your commitment to excellence. Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a track record of original research. Proficiency in articulating complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring effective communication across diverse stakeholders. Proven practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), leveraging state-of-the-art Language Models like BERT, Llama, Mistral, and beyond. Desired Skills: Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models, unlocking their full potential to drive insights and innovation. Experience building and coordinating different LLM agents. Familiarity with handling noisy Alternative Data in Finance, providing a competitive advantage in navigating complex market dynamics.
