Job Description We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our innovative team in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI and large language models Lead research initiatives to explore new techniques in generative AI and contribute to the field's advancement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services Optimize machine learning algorithms for improved performance and scalability Conduct thorough experimentation and analysis to validate model effectiveness and accuracy Stay current with the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning, applying new techniques to ongoing projects Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI team Participate in technical discussions and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on generative AI Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch Extensive experience in developing and deploying large language models and other generative AI systems Deep understanding of natural language processing techniques and their applications Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models Experience with version control systems, preferably Git Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present complex ideas to diverse audiences Publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences or journals is a plus Additional Information Flexible work model Working from hom within SPAIN - Team is meeting 1/2 A month.
