You will be a core contributor to designing, experimenting, and implementing machine learning and GenAI solutions as part of our global product development group.

You'll thrive here if you're passionate about creating meaningful, high-quality work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Responsibilities:Develop and deploy data science solutions across a wide range of domains and approaches.Collaborate closely with UX designers, MLOps engineers, front/back-end developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.Document your work thoroughly to support future development and maintenance efforts.Technical Requirements:5+ years of data science and/or machine learning experience.Experience delivering production-ready machine learning models for structured and unstructured data including LLMs, time series, and tabular models.Experience with Vision models preferred.Experience with OpenAI's custom GPTs and model endpoints is preferred.Experience performing exploratory data analysis and communicating insights with non-technical teammates.Comfortable working through the whole data science lifecycle – from ideation to model deployment.Experience with ML and DevOps tools such as MLFlow and Git.Proficiency with Python; experience with SQL is preferred.Experience with cloud services and platforms such as Databricks.Non-Technical Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks.Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment.€75,000 - €90,000 a yearAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
