Your mission
Ability to prepare and provide professional advice for the following building-related installations: Mechanical (Air conditioning, Heating), Electrical, ,Plumbing, Control and BMS, Fire Safety, Elevators (advice about energy efficiency and sustainability would be an advantage, although not mandatory)
Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
Preparation, consolidation and improvement of customized reports in both Spanish and English (analysis of the building conditional status and compliance with applicable regulations, CAPEX preparation, document analysis)
Your experiences
A degree in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable education - e.g. sustainability /energy efficiency
At least 3 years work experience in a similar building services engineering environment/consultancy
Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
Ability to abstract complex technical correlations and to apply interdisciplinary thinking skills and communicate with financial parties
High level of self-motivation, autonomy and willingness to travel
Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage but not mandatory
