About the RoleAs a key role for the success of the brand in the fulfillment of customer orders, the Senior Logistics Specialist takes care of the organization of the vehicle logistic flows in Spain, leading the national logistic set up project and the ongoing management of the national logistics, in coordination with the Logistic department and other areas both in Europe and China HQ and local team in Spain.Senior Logistics Specialist key responsibility areas will be:Effective communication with all company departments in Europe, logistics colleagues from BYD China HQ and external communication with LSP (Logistics Service Providers) and dealers; Operations within the different systems to be used, that is used as the whole process control for the movement of the cargo or for the purpose of finance control, for example Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) system; Organize and provide real-time information for the POs and deliveries; Continuous improvement of the whole logistics flow; Control the logistics cost and provide the most efficient logistics solution.As a Senior Logistics Specialist you will:Daily communication with other colleagues, dealers and with LSPs (Logistics service providers); Arranging local transport as well as transport from EU ports to the National compound by selecting the most suitable suppliers and ways (trucking, shipping, or both); Daily contact with locallogistics service partners to follow up on the real-time status of the shipments/transportations; Keeping track of all thesales demands, shipments and prepare all necessary documents and payments; Arranging commercial documents (invoices etc.) to be delivered to and handled by the related parties; Daily data maintenance and update with systems & without systems (e.G. excels); Participating and assisting in setting up BYD logistics supplier list; Involved in monthly review meeting with logistics suppliers; Dealing with the relatedpaperwork for internal and external purposes; Monitoring potential problems and bottlenecks and exploring ways to improve working flow; Providing support to allthe procedures when it is needed.We hope you have:Preferably up to 3 years of automotive logistics related working experience or graduate of related study field; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, data analysis or business management; Proficient Excel user skills; Excellent Spanish and English language skills, Chinese or any other European language will be considered as an advantage; Stress-resilient with a problem-solving mindset; Team player with attention to detail.We offer:Job in a fast-growing company and industry which represents sustainable technology; Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration, commuting allowance; Team building events andemployee learning opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
