Job Specification
- Actively participate in the review of the financing agreements and in closing deals;
- Administration and bookkeeping of the transactions;
- Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period;
- Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
- Calculate settlements / amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions;
- Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions;
- As a global financial services provider, Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions;
- Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders, and the different Loan Admin teams.
