Click here .We're looking for a Senior Liveops Producer who will take ownership of the game's live operations and help the team grow the game to new heights!You'd be an integral part of a liveops team and in a key role for the success of the game. You'll be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of talented professionals in crafting the game's live operation roadmap and leading the communications throughout our external channels.The team is located in Finland & Spain and works in a hybrid model, meaning they'll plan to work flexibly with 1-3 days per week onsite.You will have impact and fun at work by doing: Act as a liaison between the developers, artists, designers, QA, and the product managers and manage live operations of the game.Maintain and develop live configurations for production and staging environments.Create and manage all experiments and events of the project.Manage IAP submissions to storefronts (iTunes, GooglePlay) and related configurations in our tech backend and in-game project in Unity.Resolve live issues together with experts in the team.Create, improve, and challenge experiment and event designs.Experience and skills we are looking for: Pragmatic manner of approaching A/B testing; properly managing risksin your work and proposing practical solutions and not only relying on theory.Great attention to detail and promote practices to improve the quality of Live Operations and testing.Good understanding of working with Unity and able to read and create configurations (.Json) for the backend systems.Familiarity with different app store platforms and their submission flows.Good track record of identifying, investigating, and eventually solving issues that arise during the Live Operations.Ability to pick up things quickly when there's signs of trouble and ensure that the case is followed up to conclusion.Please submit your CV in English.---We welcome applicants to use the name they want to be addressed by in the application form, regardless of whether it is their legal name.At Rovio, we are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities or special needs in our working environment and job application procedures.
