We're looking for a Legal Manager. The role will be responsible for managing and controlling the continuous legal support to different key areas in their day-to-day business, ensuring legal compliance by providing continuous guidance and support.
Location – Alicante

Working hours – 39 hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and control the continuous legal support to the different departments (Property, Development, Tax, Financial, HR, Marketing, Customer Service) in their day-to-day business.
Ensure legal compliance of the different business areas, providing guidance and support in accordance with new or existing regulations.
Support the business development and growth strategy of the company: drafting, preparing, negotiating, and completing acquisitions, mergers, and similar related transactions (letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, due diligence, purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, call options, etc.).
Provide legal assistance to solve potential controversies with third parties and assist on potential consumer claims.
Offer contractual advice with suppliers, landlords, public authorities, and clients.
Coordinate external and internal audits.
Manage the relationship with different external legal and tax advisors (national and international advisors).
Assist the board of directors if necessary and participate in corporate governance.
Address risk & compliance matters related to the company, its shareholders, and stakeholders.
Support the compliance officer in implementing and developing a corporate compliance program, preparing internal training programs within the legal area (including corporate, IP, Data Protection, and compliance).
What We're Looking For:
Law Degree.
Extensive knowledge of corporate and contractual law.
High English proficiency (C1).
More than 5 years of previous experience in a reputed national or international law firm within its corporate, real estate, contractual, or litigation department.
Availability to travel occasionally.
