Our mission is to empower clients and employees to achieve their goals in the online business world.Since 2009, we have been fostering innovative and creative techniques across a multitude of industries, making us pioneers in online project management.Leadtech is dedicated to constant improvement, as well as inspiring new ideas and methods daily, for both the world in which we live and the future to come.If you have a creative and innovative mind, Leadtech is looking for you!ResponsibilitiesYou're our perfect candidate if you:Provide legal advice and support for existing business models (websites and apps) as well as new ones.Manage legal and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing risks.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reporting legal risks to the Board of Directors.Prepare and review NDAs, contracts, legal texts, and other documents to help and support business growth and expansion.Ensure adequate response to inquiries from regulatory authorities and/or third parties concerning the Company's operation in different market niches.Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.RequirementsYour expertise in a nutshell:Degree in Law and proven experience (no less than 5 years) in a corporate legal department or a law firm.Strong background in digital business, privacy matters, intellectual property, and software contracting.Strategic vision with excellent ability to analyze and assess processes, spot issues, and propose/implement solutions to effectively support business strategies.Ability to communicate and negotiate with external third parties (partners, providers, lawyers, public bodies, etc.
