Senior Legal & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Specialist to perform the duties assigned to the Legal & Compliance area within Corporate Governance at Admiral Seguros. The main functions of the role are the following:
Provide advice, support and training to business areas on applicable regulations.
Know and apply Admiral policies and procedures in their area.
Review documents (in English and Spanish) and contracts to ensure their compliance with legislation, Admiral policies and business needs.
Support for resolving legal queries.
Record and follow-up of regulatory interactions.
Monitor the regulations applicable to Admiral and interact and support the business units on applicable regulations.
Participate in carrying out compliance reviews according to the annual plan.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
Graduate in Law
+4/5 years of experience in a similar position in the Compliance/Legal department of an insurance company
High level of written and read English
Advanced level of handling of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Advanced handling of the GSuite environment (Google Drive, Sheets, Presentations and Docs)
Certifications in compliance and insurance sector courses and other subjects will be a plus.
