The mission of this role Provide expert legal guidance, ensuring the company complies with laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice across the Company in all areas (corporate, commercial, data protection, IP…) with a thoughtful legal perspective protecting company's interests and ensuring enforceability. Draft a wide range of corporate documents and minutes required by the Company. Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters and areas (IP, data protection, local advisors, etc). Work closely with all areas and departments on a day-to-day basis to provide pragmatic advice on a wide range of matters to ensure our interests are protected, including corporate governance, labour, finance, marketing development, among others. Prepare, review & draft a wide range of international commercial agreements: (NDA, distribution, agency agreements, supply agreements, general terms and conditions, etc.) ensuring that they are commercially and legally sound and in line with company objectives and context. Conduct legal research by using various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information. Giving support to the Legal Manager in all matters as required. Contract management, templates and guidelines. Proactively look out for ways to improve existing commercial agreements and corporate documents. Submission of legal documents to official entities and management of notarial signatures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in law and a related Master's Degree (or equivalent qualifications). Responsible, analytical, versatile and curious. Communicative and collaborative individual. Able to work effectively in a team and autonomously. Good MS Office skills. Advanced English, Spanish and French level.
