The main activities for this role include preparing and delivering interactive learning programs for internal and external customers in remote (virtual), face-to-face (classroom), or blended (a mix of several) environments and methods. Additionally, you will provide deep subject matter expertise to stakeholders (internal/external).

Acts as a reference for colleagues with varying levels of experience and supports team members.Influences decisions related to their activities, anticipates dependencies and consequences, contributes to cross-functional projects, proposes process improvements, and is accountable for their own and team commitments.Works independently within a plan developed with their manager, with some guidance on challenging situations.Specific Accountabilities: Learning Management & Delivery:As a learning expert in our team, you contribute to the overall success of Cytric by managing learning programs for internal and external stakeholders using various training methods.You frequently work in a virtual and at times also in a face-to-face (classroom) environment, using a mix of live interactions with attendees, videos, exercises, practice, and other methods to deliver training measured by customer NPS.You have the ability to effectively transfer business and/or technical skills and knowledge to facilitate learning and acceptance of new tools for internal and external learners.You mainly deliver learning from where you are based, to your own and other worldwide regions. You are available to travel when requested, either to deliver training or for other reasons related to your role.As a technical expert to the learning delivery function for Cytric solutions, you consult and provide learning services to internal stakeholders, direct corporations, TMC (Travel Management Company) resellers, and partners.Up-skilling (self):Content - Up-skill on topics to be trained.Methods - Keep up to date on training delivery methods.Evolution (of content and training methods).Training skills - Continuously upskill on pedagogical and other skills related to the role of a trainer.Projects, Teamwork & Sharing Knowledge:Work with a collaborative mindset, sharing your subject expertise and assignments related to learning delivery with peers and other colleagues in the team.Lead peers within and outside the department on the scope and impact of the projects, in relation to learning delivery.Serve as a technical expert with deep subject matter expertise in providing consultancy to all internal teams and customers for learning delivery needs and evolution.Regularly check and update course materials and share information with other trainers. Set up sessions with the team to share knowledge.Ensure that training delivery is in line with our digitalized approach and the Amadeus Branding policy.Course Management Tasks:Manage feedback and work with peers, management, and the Learning Design & Development team to improve and keep quality, interactivity, and consistency of training for internal and external customers.Ensure pre-and post-course management procedures and ensure the system is updated when required.Manage course reports and analytics using the processes/template.About the Ideal Candidate: Degree (or comparable experience over 10 years) in Business Administration, Tourism, Finance, IT.10+ years in a customer-facing or learning role such as Training Design/Development, Training Delivery of deep technical/complex SaaS subjects, Project Management, with demonstrated responsibility in terms of projects specifically in a SaaS and/or OBT.Knowledge of online booking and/or expense tools.Multi-cultural approach, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
