Join us as a Lead Product Manager for the Cards Cross-Functional Team to redefine and enhance our card offerings, making Qonto the top wallet choice for all company expenses and launch innovative card products that are not just financial tools, but business accelerators.
As a Lead Product Manager at Qonto, you will: Spearhead the development and execution of our card product strategy, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Lead a team of 3-4 Product Managers and their squads, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence. Nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance our card offerings. Anticipate market trends and position our products competitively. Drive continuous improvement within your team and across the product lifecycle, leveraging your business acumen to make data-driven decisions. About You: Proven expertise in leading product development within the cards or payment processing domain. Strong business acumen, with experience in roadmap prioritization, financial modeling, and partnership management. A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across functions to drive product strategy and innovation.
