We're looking for a visionary Lead Developer to spearhead the development of an automated land analysis system capable of assessing rustic lands across diverse climates and countries, identifying risks and possibilities, to predict the ideal area in the land to develop these projects.

What You'll Do As our Lead Developer , you will: Develop and Optimize AI Models: - Build computer vision models (e.G., YOLO) to analyze satellite imagery and identify key elements like vegetation, water, and infrastructure.- Leverage LIDAR, multispectral data (Sentinel, Landsat), and create datasets to enhance predictions.
Integrate Predictive Algorithms: - Combine soil, climate, and topographic data to build robust algorithms predicting optimal land use and reforestation projects.- Develop species selection models to maximize resilience, CO2 absorption, and financial viability.
Design an Advanced Risk Assessment Layer: - Use geospatial and multiband satellite data to assess risks such as drought, fire hazards, or disease outbreaks.- Create innovative indices to predict and mitigate risks.
Deliver Scalable Solutions: - Design a RESTful API that offers personalized, scalable land analysis and project recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly implementation and international scalability.
