Senior Lawyer (English)

Constitution, management and dissolution of corporate vehicles, as well as ensuring the existence and updating of the necessary authorizations for the development of each commercial activity.Execution of strategy, negotiation and termination of contracts. Review of communications with legal implications or consequences. Management and follow-up of commercial conflicts.Review of corporate guarantees or counter-guarantees (bonds, sureties, comfort letters…).Risk and opportunity matrix on bidding documents and institutional contracts.Management and documentation of due diligence and sales and purchases.Follow-up of matters with law firms, coordinating the completion of legal strategies. Legal coordination with external lawyers and/or defense of the company's interests in litigation matters.Internal advice and legal support to the different business and corporate areas, on administrative, commercial, civil, labor or any other legal matters.RequirementsLaw degree.Preferably with postgraduate studies.At least 6 years of experience in infrastructure and/or concessions sectors.Willingness to travel.Great communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical, sequential and decisive thinking.Ethical principles of confidentiality and discretion.Proactivity and ability to work in multicultural environments.
