Are you ready to take on a new challenge? About the role As our Senior Lawyer, you will report to the CFO, and own all the legal aspects of Amenitiz. You will ensurewe are properly compliant with all local and international regulations, using technology to streamline internal and external legal processes and empowering all Amenitiz's stakeholders in the different legal aspects of their day to day. You will also support the Financing Rounds contract review negotiation and due diligence. Your missions Contract review approval, management, and repository maintenance. Compliance: Internal policies, data protection, and other new regulations that could arise. T&Cs are reviewed and updated considering the product and market changes recurrently. Protect the IP of Amentiz products. Owner of the B Round legal due diligence and support on the contract negotiation. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Law. 6 years experience as a Lawyer in a law firm supporting tech Startups or Scale-ups/ Internal lawyer in Startups/Scaleups. Experience in fast-growing environments. SaaS is a plus. A strong understanding of different legal areas, such as mercantile, IP, data protection, and international law is a plus. Pragmatic and risk-oriented mindset. Tech-savvy, able to use technology to manage stakeholders' requests efficiently. Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
