Job Description: To initiate the selection process for the hiring of 1 Senior Research Technician on a temporary contract, in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selection system established in the attached Annex.
Responsibilities: Handling of samples from patients with haematological malignancies, mainly MDS, processing, storage, and analysis.Creation and completion of an international database for the study.Coordination with other centres of the Spanish MDS Group (GESMD) to identify patients, samples, and send results to the project.Elaboration of standard operating procedures.Specific Requirements: Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union, or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.Hold at least a Higher Vocational Training Technician Degree in analysis and quality control laboratories.Minimum 3 years' experience required.The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be performed and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation.
In the event of non-compliance with the requirements, the Selection Board will decide whether to leave the call open or contact the following candidate in order of score.
