WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA), Client Focused, within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Operations Practice Area in Europe, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements and design/develop solutions. The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Procurement Topic Area is an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., procurement strategy, operating model, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, risk & resilience, etc.). As a SKA on CF track for the Operations Practice Area & Procurement business in Europe, you will be:
Driving problem solving and solutioning for clients generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context. Leading development and commercialization of Procurement knowledge and assets, aiming to innovate our offers and enhance our go-to-market approaches. YOU'RE GOOD AT: Knowledgeable on Operations processes related to Procurement strategy, value delivery, operating model, and Digital/Gen AI. Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility. Strong work ethics, service mentality, and willingness to showcase expertise. Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization. Collaborative, team player - including in an international, virtual communications environment. Flexibility and bring an entrepreneurial mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas. Working in an ever-changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred). Fluency in English; German language preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment. Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel).
