The KAM acts as the main point of contact between the company and its most important clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.Working ConditionsContract: Permanent.Start Date: Immediate.Location: Based at the company#39;s headquarters in Rivera del Loira, Madrid.Travel: This position has a heavy workload of national and international travel, with regular client visits.Hours: Full-time position, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.What you can expect:Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.Conduct regular business meetings and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.Sales and Revenue Growth:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue growth objectives.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction.Team Leadership:Lead, guide, and motivate a team of account managers.Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.Provide training and development opportunities to team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (e.G., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client requirements are met.Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service and support to key accounts.Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive activities.Reporting and Analysis:Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics.Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.Use data and insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Your profile:QualificationsEducation:Bachelor#39;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
A Master#39;s degree is an advantage.Experience:Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.Experience in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.Specific experience in managing accounts with El Corte Inglés is highly desirable.Experience in leadership and team management.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...Strong organizational and time management skills.Leadership and team management skills.High level of English, both written and spoken.
