Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, focusing on expanding business within targeted QSR and Food Service brands in the Iberian market. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to shape and implement the strategic direction for the GF portfolio, ensuring its continued success and growth.Responsibilities:Customer Relationship ManagementCultivate and strengthen partnerships with customers to enhance revenue and margin growth.Drive acquisition of new customers aligned with business goals.Organize and lead customer visits, workshops, and engagements to identify proactive and reactive opportunities.Sales and Commercial StrategyNegotiate prices to align with strategic objectives, focusing on volumes and margins.Prepare offers, draft contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups.Proactively enhance profitability through price adjustments, value engineering, and optimizing the product mix.Guarantee market share and manage customer portfolios to minimize risks and secure payments.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and innovations, sharing insights with the business.Actively contribute to sales meetings and align with the strategic goals of the GF business.Manage and maintain account plans, ensuring alignment with country and segment objectives.Operational ExcellenceProvide accurate customer forecasts to facilitate effective planning and scheduling.Coordinate technical and commercial activities to ensure seamless delivery.Share customer feedback and complaints with relevant teams for resolution.Deliver detailed sales reports after customer interactions, market observations, or competitor analysis.Partner with internal teams, including marketing, development, and supply chain, to support customer needs.Ensure proper execution of European/Iberian strategies for QSR and Food Service.Support the broader sales team as needed.RequirementsA degree is preferred but can be balanced with significant experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and Food Service sectors.Minimum of 5 years in B2B ingredient sales or development within the Iberian QSR Food Service market.In-depth knowledge of products, their features, and the market.Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of additionalEuropean languages is a plus
