Your primary focus will be development and will involve interaction with product managers, developers, and QA analysts.We work in an agile environment, using a lightweight framework and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git. You will have a number of responsibilities within the product team.Day to day responsibilities:Working with multiple projects, based on microservices pattern but also main core projects.Developing REST APIs to streamline communication and data exchange.Strategizing user stories and accurately estimating.Providing mentorship and coaching to new colleagues.Conducting refactoring.Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.Identifying and resolving issues through debugging and observability processes.Facilitating code reviews and offering constructive feedback to suggest enhancements.Collaborating through pair programming sessions with team members to promote knowledge sharing and code quality assurance.Automating testing to improve reliability.Gaining insights into system production health by performing observability tasks.About YouWe are looking for someone with strong back-end development skills and a deep understanding of how to build complex web applications:Successful candidates would meet SOME of the following requirements:Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.Great communication skills, a team player.Demonstrated track record of success in at least 5+ years of professional experience as a Java backend developer in high traffic environments.Solid experience in Java backend development (>11) for web applications with high traffic volumes.Exposure to jobs and threads.
