We are Artificial Solutions and we are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist with experience in HubSpot.

You will work with the ambitious and growing Marketing Team in one of the most disruptive industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing automation journeys that enhance the user experience, as well as ensure that our satisfaction KPIs are met.
This role requires you to be both technically and creatively minded, to understand our customer journey and come up with innovative solutions that improve the CX.
What will you be doing?
Campaigns & CRM Management Launch CRM campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, retention, and re-activation, constantly A/B testing and creating experiments for each segment.
Build nurturing campaigns for our targeted industries, creating and updating each stream with the latest content created by our team.
Set up trigger campaigns based on website activity, in line with our strategy.
Make separate nurturing campaigns for early, mid, and late-stage buyers, according to lead score.
Segment the database accordingly and identify opportunities for campaigns.
Drive email campaigns such as webinar promotion and newsletters in a timely manner.
Run email calendar management, deliverability, and monthly reporting.
Design email templates for each type of communication.
Create the copywriting for all emails and hand-off to our Content Specialist for approval.
Maintain the overall health and organization of HubSpot/Salesforce, optimizing the platform's features to its full extent and supporting with automation, if needed.
Analytics Use product and web analytics tools such as Heap, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to report on conversions across all campaigns being driven by marketing.
Provide the team with reports on the web, identify areas to improve and make changes to our website.
Use Heap and Hotjar to monitor website activity and find campaign opportunities.
Support the Marketing team in creating reports on PPC, SEO, and social activity to improve the flow and conversion rates from website user to sales accepted lead.
What are we looking for in you?
3-5 years of email/digital marketing experience.
Solid experience with HubSpot.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge in UX, branding, and graphic design is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
Excellent English, both written and spoken; any additional languages are a plus.
