Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Recruitment Consultant you will become an expert, recruiting in headhunting across various technical and IT roles mid-level to senior roles.Successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and the qualifications needed for success.Achieve monthly hiring goals and recruit top talent.Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market or region.Qualifications4 - 8 years' experience in IT or non-IT recruitment or agency recruitment.Confident, articulate manner on telephone and great interpersonal skills, high communication and convincing skills and enthusiast, driven and results orientated.Organized and methodical approach to work.High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Location100% Remote
