En su track-record histórico se incluyen hasta la fecha obras que acumulan más de 490 km de túneles, 19.200 km de carretera (incluyendo 4.000 km de autopistas) o 4.700 km de líneas de ferrocarril (incluyendo 700 km de ferrocarril de Alta Velocidad) y 27.350 km de mantenimiento y reparación de carreteras.Descripción del rol:Manage and oversee the IT service portfolio as well as its successful operation.Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the company infrastructure.Optimize the company's systems in collaboration with Corporation.Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure and communications.Advise the different teams with the relevant IT solution applicable in every situation, taking into account the different internal and external caveats.Collaborate with the corporate CISO to reach the desired security standards, taking ownership of audit actions where applicable.Oversees troubleshooting and provides expert support when necessary.Works with national and international projects to help implement Internal Systems.Engage with different regional teams and act as a link between them and the Corporate IT department.Responds to escalated help desk issues.Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.Build rapport with key providers.MAIN SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:University degree in IT, Telecoms or related field.Experience in similar role.Good knowledge of best practices of the sector, ITIL, PRINCE2.Hands on and with a clear To Do attitude.Strong soft skills, leadership, communication, collaboration.English and Spanish is a must for this role, additional languages a bonus.Required at least 5 years of IT project management, in a similar position, IT service manager and responsible for its operation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
